Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the ka77 registration process, accessing the platform as a registered player, or placing any real-money bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ka77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ka77. They apply to all use of the platform from any device, browser, or network, including mobile devices and tablets commonly used by players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and all other districts of Bangladesh.

ka77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on the ka77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ka77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will request date-of-birth verification at registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all bets voided, and any remaining balance returned to the deposit source.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and similar legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment method(s) used to fund your account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of ka77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have previously had a ka77 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you already hold a registered ka77 account, you are prohibited from creating an additional account. ka77 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ka77 reserves the right to close all but the earliest verified account and to cancel any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate account.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ka77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

ka77 will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ka77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify ka77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received by ka77, all activity conducted through your account — including any bets placed or withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

Players are required to keep their contact details, including their email address and mobile phone number, up to date at all times. ka77 communicates important account notices — including withdrawal confirmations, identity verification requests, and promotional updates — via the contact details held on your account. ka77 is not responsible for any consequence arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact information.

ka77 reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews for compliance, security, and responsible gaming purposes. During an account review, ka77 may temporarily restrict deposit, betting, or withdrawal functionality. Players will be notified of any review and will be provided with a reasonable opportunity to provide information requested by ka77.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the ka77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ka77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business hours to reflect, subject to the processing times of the player's bank. ka77 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three hours under standard conditions. VIP-tier members are eligible for priority withdrawal processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in your own name. ka77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to bonus funds in your account must be completed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• ka77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly for requests exceeding ৳50,000.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, ka77 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ka77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its launch. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all ka77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players completing their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a ka77 account are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance. Real-money balance is wagered first in all cases unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and related winnings that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• ka77 reserves the right to restrict which games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, certain jackpot slots, and sports bets may carry reduced or zero contribution rates. Contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Players must not attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of free bet terms, or any other technique that ka77 determines to constitute bonus abuse. ka77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any related winnings in such cases, without prior notice.

ka77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable. ka77 also reserves the right to refuse to grant a bonus to any player where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus would be used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ka77 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including event selection, market, odds, and stake amount — before confirming a wager. ka77 will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in the circumstances set out in these Terms.

ka77 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The odds or game result displayed were the product of a technical error, manifest error, or pricing error on the part of ka77 or its data providers.
• The event or game to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or did not reach the stage at which the relevant outcome could be determined, in accordance with the applicable sport's governing body rules.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the outcome of an event was subject to match-fixing, corruption, or other interference with the sporting integrity of the event.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including bets placed by ineligible persons or through accounts under investigation for fraud.

Casino games on the ka77 platform — including live dealer games, slots, and instant win products — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the Random Number Generator (RNG) certification of its respective provider. ka77 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the technical performance of individual game titles beyond the scope of its operator responsibilities.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or active bet, the game or bet will be settled according to the outcome determined by the game server at the time of disconnection. ka77 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ka77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account using false, fraudulent, or third-party identity information.
• Operating more than one ka77 account simultaneously or in sequence.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct designed to corrupt the integrity of any sporting event available for betting on ka77.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other multi-player casino formats.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ka77 accounts as a vehicle to transfer or conceal proceeds of crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any other person.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in relation to legitimate ka77 transactions.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ka77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the ka77 platform without prior written consent from ka77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use any automated data-gathering tools — including web scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or screen-scraping software — to extract content from the ka77 platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the ka77 platform on any other website or digital property without express written authorisation from ka77.

The ka77 name, logo, and all related marks, trade dress, and domain names are trademarks of ka77. Unauthorised use of any ka77 trademark is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ka77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the platform and its services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ka77 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur, and ka77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ka77's total liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — will not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to ka77 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ka77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if ka77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ka77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

ka77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in full at ka77.io/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ka77 may share player data with third parties in the following limited circumstances: (a) as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority; (b) with payment processing partners to facilitate deposits and withdrawals; (c) with identity verification service providers for KYC compliance purposes; and (d) with game studios and technology providers to the extent necessary to deliver their services to you through the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

ka77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is published at the top of this page and in the header of the notification sent to players. It is your responsibility to read any notification of changes and to review the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the ka77 platform on or after the effective date of any change constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Suspension and Termination

ka77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ka77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful purposes.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent account review.
• The player's activity presents a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or ka77's operational or financial security.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is suspended or closed for breach of these Terms, ka77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ka77 may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms. Where no breach is established, any withheld balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

A player may close their ka77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any available real-money balance (net of any incomplete wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment service agreements in the jurisdiction in which ka77 operates. Players based in Bangladesh agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the ka77 dispute resolution process described below.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account decision, payment, or any other matter arising from your use of the ka77 platform, you must first contact ka77 support via the live chat service and provide full details of the dispute. ka77 commits to acknowledging all dispute submissions within 24 hours (BST) and to providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with ka77's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. ka77 will review all formal complaints within 10 business days and provide a final written decision. This dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external remedy is sought.
